iPhone Video Calling Problem Repair At iPro Ampang

Ms Azehar came to our shop with her iPhone 6s Plus that has a problem with it’s front camera. The problem that she encountered was she could not do a video call with WhatsApp application but she could us the FaceTime application. We tried to reinstall the WhatsApp application but the problem still persists. If it is not a software problem then it is a hardware problem. We replaced the front camera and everything was working fine. She agreed to replace the front camera and she was glad that we tried all the option before replacing the front camera. She thanked us for explaining the problem she was having throughly to her. We also would like to state that we at iPro Ampang would explore all the options before replacing any parts of your smart device.
