iPhone 6 Plus Stuck iCloud Repair At iPro Ampang

Mr Khamil came to our shop with his iPhone 6 Plus that cannot log out from the iCloud account. He came to us because he googled for an iPhone repairing shop within Ampang. He found us through google and contacted us through whatsapp. Logging out from iCloud normally does not have problems. Our technician tried to log out his iCloud account and failed to do so. We tried to log out his iCloud account using another software beside iTunes, which is 3uTools. The iCloud account was succesfully removed using 3uTools. He was really glad that the iCloud account was able to be removed otherwise it would be such a waste.
