iPhone 6 Plus Microphone Problem During Facetime Repair At iPro Ampang

Miss Suffiyana came to our shop with her iPhone 6 Plus and claims she’s having problem doing video conference through her iPhone. The problem is because of a malfunctioning microphone. Our technician inspected her iPhone and found out there was no problem with her microphone. Further inspection was conducted to find the real cause of her problem. After a through inspection, we found out that her front camera had problem. The front camera was malfunctioning. The problem was solved after replacing the front camera. She was able to do video conference again and was happy with our quick inspection.
