iPhone 6 Microphone Problem Repair At iPro Ampang

Mr Faris came to our shop with his iPhone 6 that has a microphone issue. The problem only happens during video call or recording a video using front camera. Just listening to his description of the problem, we can already guess the problem. But we still will inspect his iPhone and find out the cause of the problem. Turns out that the problem was because of the front camera plugin. The front camera plugin also consists of a microphone dedicated for any voice recording regarding the front camera. We suggested to him to replace his front camera plugin, although the problem is microphone, but it is on top of the front camera plugin. He agreed to replace his front camera plugin and our technician gets right to it. We completed his front camera plugin replacement and the problem is solved afterwards. The replacement took around 15 minutes. He was really glad that we’re able to find out his problem and solve it within 15 minutes.
