iPad Mini 2 Crack Screen Repair At iPro Ampang

A customer came to our shop with his iPad Mini 2 that has a cracked screen. He contacted us through WhatsApp and inquired us regarding his iPad’s problem. We explained to him that iPad’s screen has 2 parts which is the touch panel and digitizer. The digitizer is responsible for displaying anything from the iPad and touch panel is responsible for detecting any input from the user through touch. He said that his iPad did not have any problem detecting any touches from him. We concluded that he just needed to replace his iPad’s touch panel. He came to our shop as per our agreed time and our technician inspected his iPad before replacing the touch panel. We did not find any problem with his iPad and proceeded to replace the touch panel. We completed the touch panel replacement within 30 minutes and everything works just fine.
